The Honourable member of Parliament for Adansi Asokwa in the Ashanti Region Kobina Tahiru Mohammed has been appointed as the Minister of Trade and Industry by the president of Ghana.
Following the resignation of Honourable Alan Kyeremanteng as the Trade and Industry Minister as well as Dr. Akoto Afriyie as the Minister for Agricultural, the president have name substantive ministers for the fore mentioned positions.
Kobina Tahiru Hammond has been appointed as the Minister for Trade and Industry whilst Bryan Acheampong ags been named as the Minister for Food and Agricultural.
Also, other appointments made by Nana Akuffo Addo includes the appointment Stephen Asamoah Boateng for Ministry of Chieftaincy, Mohammed Amin Adam, Minister of State at the Ministry of Finance, Osei Bonsu Amoah as Minister of State for Local Government.
Stephen Amoah, the member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso, is to serve as Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry.
However the most anticipated reshuffle of the Finance Minister was overlooked by the president of Ghana.
