The food and drugs authority have fined Marwako fast food a whooping amount of 750,000 cedis for food poisoning. On 13th May, a twitter account username Edward Elohim shared on his timeline that he and his friends have being served contaminated food from the fast food service. Many users also joined the tirade on twitter expressing their views on the the alleged food poisoning. Some customers who had being to hospital have also threatened legal action against the company for their refusal to foot their hospital bills when they were on admission. In a statement released by the F.D.A Marwako fast food really served contaminated food to their customers and hence they have to pay the above named amount to the Food and Drugs authority.
